What is RideAlike?
RideAlike, founded in 2019, is transform- ing urban mobility with its peer-to- peer car-sharing platform tailored for condo communities. Operating primarily in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton, the service enables residents to share their cars, fostering a sense of community while reducing costs and environmental impact.
With features like $2 million liability insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance, RideAlike ensures a safe and convenient experience. Despite launching during the pandemic, RideAlike has onboarded 262 cars and surpassed $100,000 in revenue. Their unique ride swap feature and flexible rental options address urban mobility challenges, appealing to diverse user needs. Looking ahead, RideAlike aims to expand across Ontario and beyond, partnering with property developers to enhance sustainable transportation solutions.
