Empowering Tomorrow: Victoria's Journey with Snoooz AI
Starting a business can feel like going on a big adventure, full of surprises and challenges. For Victoria, who helped create Snoooz AI, it's been a journey of never giving up and finding new ways to solve problems.
Snoooz AI's main goal is to change how we think about taking breaks from work. Even though Victoria had different plans at first, she ended up focusing on Snoooz AI to help people balance work and life better.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us had to work from home. It became easy to feel like work never stopped and to always think about it. That's when Snoooz AI came into play. It had been in the making for many years.
Thankfully, governments worldwide have realized the importance of having clear boundaries between work and personal life. They're introducing "Right to Disconnect" laws to support employees. However, as much as employers want to help they struggle to handle customer requests outside of regular work hours. That's why we built an Autoresponder feature that can answer common customer questions when employees are out of the office, so they can enjoy their personal time without interruptions.
Victoria says, "Our goal is to help people find a better balance between work and life, so they can enjoy their personal time without feeling guilty about work."
Explaining how Snoooz AI works to everyone hasn't been easy, Victoria admits. But despite the challenges, Snoooz AI has achieved a lot in a short time. It was voted the top product of the day on Product Hunt and won the Startup of the Year 2023 award from Hackernoon. More importantly, customers love it too, making it the #1 tool on G2 with a rating of 4.8 out of 5.
Victoria is based in Vienna, Austria, and outside of work, she enjoys travelling, painting, dancing, and connecting with people over a cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine. As Snoooz AI keeps growing, she remains focused on helping people take back their personal time and live life to the fullest.
